These requirements vary by contract type and can affect an organization’s policies and procedures, proposal preparation, contract administration, monitoring and reporting, contractor accounting system, billing and invoicing, procurement and subcontracting, human resources and property management. The course explains the most common used FAR and AIDAR contract clauses, under what circumstances they are applicable and how to comply with the requirements of the clauses. The course also informs participants how to review and develop sound organizational and contract project policies and procedures.
