Periodically the site will provide news and blog updates for informational purposes only. By using the site and registering and paying, you agree to abide by the terms and conditions set forth in this notice. By providing information or materials to Development Essentials LLC via the site you grant Development Essentials LLC an unrestricted, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, display, publicly perform, transmit and distribute any such information and materials, and you further agree Development Essentials LLC may use any ideas, concepts or know-how provided to Development Essentials LLC free of charge. You further warrant no defamatory, threatening, obscene, harassing, or otherwise unlawful, information or information incorporating proprietary material of another shall be sent to Development Essentials LLC.

Payment Policy and Cancellation Policy: Course and consultancy payments are due in full at time of registration. A cancellation request for a course received in writing at info@developmentessentials.us two weeks prior to the scheduled course date is eligible for a full refund. Participants who cancel the course after the cancellation deadline will receive a full refund minus a $100 cancellation fee. Participants who do not attend the course without prior written notification will forfeit the full registration fee. Consultancy payments are not refundable after registration.

Limitations of Damages

In no event shall Development Essentials LLC or any of its affiliates or subsidiaries be liable to any entity for any direct, indirect, special, consequential or other damages including limitation, any lost profits, business interruption, loss of information or

programs or other data, relate to the use of or the inability to use the content, materials, and functions of this site or any linked web site, even if Development Essentials LCC is expressly advised of the possibility of such damages.

Changes

Development Essentials LLC reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to change, modify, add or remove any portion of these terms or conditions. Continued use of the site after any changes are posted will be considered acceptance of those changes.

Development Essentials LLC may terminate, change, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of this site, including the availability of any features, at any time. Development Essentials LLC may terminate the authorization, rights, and license given herein.

International Users and Choice of Law

This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between Development Essentials LLC and you with respect to use of the site.
