Who Should Purchase the Product

With delivery of foreign assistance no longer limited to USAID, other organizations (and their implementers) e.g. US Department of  State, Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, US Department of Agriculture, Department of Defense and Millennium Challenge Corporation are covered under the agreement. The agreements are signed by the US ambassador and the Minister of Foreign Affairs for economic, technical and humanitarian assistance and specify diplomatic status and privileges of organizations and their staff providing US foreign assistance.
